Welcome to the Unicorn Unchained Meadery (U2M). U2M was started in August 1994 by Rebecca Sobol and Marcia Crary.
We are a non-commercial meadery and have no mead for sale. This site is for the benefit of other mead makers, or would-be mead makers and provides an online copy of our brew book. If you just want to buy some mead, try the Redstone Meadery (local) or Honeywine.com (meaderys around the country).
